Lester Lowery joined Electric Plus in the summer of 2025, bringing over 40 years of experience in nearly every aspect of the electrical trade. A 1993 graduate of IEJATC, Lester spent 22 years at Indianapolis’s largest pharmaceutical company, where he supervised and coordinated complex electrical projects, working closely with engineers and other trades to ensure seamless execution. 

He’s passionate about mentoring the next generation, especially young foremen, sharing his knowledge to help them succeed. Lester has contributed to numerous high-stakes new builds—his proudest achievements being out-of-state projects—and is known for fostering strong teamwork and delivering exceptional customer service. 

Outside of work, Lester enjoys spending time with his family, especially his granddaughter Lainey. And when he’s not with them, you’ll likely find him fishing.
