Marty Deckard
Labor Superintendent
Marty started with Electric Plus in September of 2015. He completed his IBEW apprenticeship in 1999. He has held multiple positions in his 27+ years in the electrical industry including foreman, general foreman, and superintendent. He has very diverse experience in pharmaceutical facilities, K-12, higher education, and wastewater facilities. This has allowed him to gain experience in multiple markets and allows him to pass on his knowledge to younger electricians. When he is not at work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and four boys, specifically coaching wrestling the last 25 years.
