For the past three decades, Tim has worked in the Indianapolis electrical construction market. Upon graduating from Purdue with a degree in Construction Engineering and Management, Tim worked for a large electrical contracting firm for 14 years, then helped start up a local branch of another contractor in 2004. In 2006, Tim decided it was time to start a new electrical contracting company, focusing on top craftsmanship, ideals in the marketplace, and hire top-notch employees who embody his goals. Tim is on the Hendricks County 4-H Fair board and has been a 4-H Leader for over 25 years. He is a member of the Mill Creek School Board, Central Indiana NECA board, AGC board, Hendricks County Plan Commission, and board member of the Hendricks County Community Foundation. He is an avid Purdue sports fan and enjoys going to football and basketball games with his family.

Zach McCoy, EDGE Services Manager

Zach joined Electric Plus in 2024. He earned his BS in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Purdue University in 2019. He began his career designing and building small-scale automation equipment, gaining experience in machine design, controls, robotics, and machinery safety. He later transitioned to project engineering, leading the startup of an internal recycling business and eventually managing its day-to-day operations as head of engineering and operations. In his free time, he enjoys reading, cycling, staying active and being outdoors.

Quentin (Van) Bragg is a Senior Project Manager at Electric Plus, delivering large, complex projects since joining the team in February 2018. He combines a 5 year Electrical Apprenticeship and an Associate of Science (Electrical Specialty) with training in NECA Project Management, Procore Project Management, and Accubid. He enjoys driving operational excellence, improving systems, productivity, and customer service while building strong client relationships. He loves playing golf, watching sports, and spending time with his wife and kids.

Tom Johnson has over 18 years of electrical experience and joined the Electric Plus Family in 2006 as a second-year apprentice. Since then he has completed the IBEW’s 5-year Apprenticeship Program in 2010 and earned his Electrical License in 2017. Tom has over 10 years of experience as both a foreman and a Service Technician on diverse projects ranging from Government and Commercial to Industrial and Pharmaceutical. Tom Johnson currently works within our Service Department as a Service Manager and strives to provide customers with exceptional service including quick response time, efficient and experienced electricians, and productive solutions to achieve customers’ goals and positive results.

Steve has been working with Electric Plus since it began and officially joined the team in the fall of 2010. He has 20 years of working experience in the electrical field performing about every aspect of the trade from onsite job installation, estimating, to project management. Steve works out of the Bloomington office and enjoys time with his wife and two boys.

Pam joined Electric Plus in June 2025, bringing over 15 years of comprehensive Human Resources experience. She has a deep passion for HR and is dedicated to helping employees find the resources and answers that positively impact their work lives and beyond. When she’s not supporting the team, Pam can be found glued to Food TV—her favorite way to relax and take in new cooking ideas.

Matt has over 30 years of experience in the electrical industry. Completing the 5-year apprenticeship program and a bachelor’s degree in Applied Science. Matt joined the Electric Plus team in 2009 and was instrumental in getting the Bloomington office established. He has spent several years taking care of some of our largest customers such as Eli Lilly, Duke Energy, the State of Indiana, IU, and Purdue. Since 2009 he has been a General Foreman, Project Manager/Estimator, Senior Project Manager, and is currently the Labor Superintendent. When Matt is away from the office, he enjoys spending time with his family and fishing in bass tournaments all over the Midwest.

Josh Leever joined Electric Plus in 2025, bringing over 20 years of experience in industrial automation and project management. A graduate of the U.S. Navy Nuclear Power Program, Josh has a strong technical background and a commitment to excellence in every project he manages.

Outside of work, he enjoys traveling and hiking.

Jon joined the Electric Plus team in April 2008. Jon has 20 years of experience in the electrical industry. He completed the IBEW apprenticeship program. He followed up and passed his EPRI certification. He has worked on a variety of projects in the school, food processing, government, service, and large gear replacement sectors. In Jon’s free time, he enjoys camping with his family.

Jon joined Electric Plus in 2025 as the new Director of Leadership. Jon has a B.A. from Indiana University, a Masters in Education from Indiana Wesleyan University and an Ed.S. from Indiana State University. Jon has over 30 years of servant leadership experience as a classroom teacher, head football coach, asst. college football coach, high school principal, and school corporation superintendent. Outside of Electric Plus, Jon is an author, motivational speaker, and consultant. Jon is married with two boys, two rescue pitties and a great dane!

Jason C. Street, CSP joined Electric Plus in August 2025, bringing a wealth of knowledge in OSHA compliance, safety program development, and leading teams toward safer work environments.

He is a Certified Safety Professional with nearly 30 years of experience helping keep workplaces safe in the utility, construction, and industrial fields. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology, focusing on Occupational Safety & Health, from Western Kentucky University.

Jason is passionate about building strong safety cultures and making sure everyone goes home safe at the end of the day. When he’s not working, Jason enjoys spending quality time with his family and friends.

Brad started with Electric Plus in September of 2018. Brad started in the electrical industry in 2005, completing his IBEW apprenticeship in 2010. He has had many roles from field installation, foremen, general foreman, project management, and estimating. While away from work he enjoys spending time with his family.

Anthony is proud to have joined Electric Plus in 2025. He is a nationally recognized expert in electrical contracting, workforce development, and construction education. With over two decades of experience spanning fieldwork, project management for a general contractor, and academia, he brings a unique blend of hands-on expertise and research-driven insight into the electrical construction industry. His work has supported major infrastructure projects and advanced industry knowledge through publications, consulting, and teaching at Purdue University. As a licensed Master Electrician and former IBEW journeyman, he continues to champion innovation, quality, and workforce excellence in every aspect of his work.Anthony holds a Ph.D. in Planning, Design, and Construction from Michigan State University, with a focus on Construction Management. He also earned an M.S. and B.S. in Construction Management from Michigan State and Eastern Michigan University, respectively. His professional credentials include certifications such as LEED AP BD+C, Master Electrical License (State of Michigan), and the Electric Vehicle Infrastructure Training Program (EVITP).

As Director of Strategy and Innovation, he helps identify and lead initiatives that enhance our operational excellence and future-readiness. He’s passionate about integrating research, field experience, and emerging technologies to improve how we build and how we grow as a company. Collaborating with diverse teams to turn ideas into impactful outcomes is one of the most rewarding aspects of his role.

When he is not working, he enjoys golfing, reading, and walking his two dogs (and a “grand” dog).

Angie joined Electric Plus in 2024 and leads the company’s marketing efforts, including branding, communications, and community outreach. With a strategic approach and creative vision, she helps showcase Electric Plus’s expertise and commitment to excellence.

Before transitioning into marketing, Angie spent 26 years in the mortgage industry, gaining valuable experience in client relations and business development.

Outside of work, she enjoys boating, camping, and off-roading. Angie is married and has two adult children. She also has a 100-pound Goldendoodle named Bo.

Mike began working for Electric Plus in 2021, bringing with him over 15 years of experience in the construction industry. As CFO of the company, Mike manages treasury and finance activities, insurance, bonding, and employee benefits. Mike is also a member of the Construction Financial Management Association (CFMA) and served as President of the Central Indiana Chapter in 2016. When away from the office, Mike enjoys spending time with his family and coaching youth sports in the Center Grove area.

Jerrod Ehrgott, Vice President Industrial Group

Jerrod has been with Electric Plus since 2013. He has over 20 years of experience in the electrical field, specializing in process automation, machine safety, and industrial facility installations. Jerrod graduated with a BS degree in Electrical Engineering Technology from Purdue University, completed a 5-year apprenticeship from the IEJATC, received a project management certificate from IUPUI, and holds a Master Electrical License with the City of Indianapolis. His +30-year career as a Project Manager/Engineer has involved many successful, fast-paced, complex industrial projects throughout the Midwest in food and grain processing, automotive manufacturing, industrial refrigeration, and pharmaceutical. Jerrod brings to every customer a high level of integrity and professionalism, approaching every project with a unique perspective to complete them successfully.

Gene joined the Electric Plus team in November 2019. He brings over 30 years of experience in the Information and Communication Industry (ICT). He earned his BICSI RCDD (Registered Communications Distribution Designer) certification in 2006, which is the most prestigious and globally-recognized credential in the ICT community. His vast experience in designing, integrating, and implementing high-quality installations has been demonstrated through his delivery of very large communications projects at his previous employer. He is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the communications team and is excited to share his knowledge with the Electric Plus family to ensure a quality customer experience. When away from work, Gene is the crew chief for a motorcycle team that competes in the MotoAmerica series.

Austin joined Electric Plus in 2007 after working in the Indianapolis and Kokomo markets. Austin graduated from Purdue in 2001 from Building Construction Technology and has been working in the electrical field since. Austin brings with him a vast experience in the temperature control markets. He has done work with several of the major temperature control companies, in many types of facilities. Austin began working in a heavy grain processing plant and has a great deal of knowledge in the industrial field. Austin also manages many of our large projects as well as estimating various sizes and types of electrical projects.

David began working for Electric Plus in 2008, coming from a large outdoor advertising company where he served as a local and regional operations manager. David also worked several years for a local electric utility and brings high voltage knowledge to the company. His experience in electrical utility distribution, operations management, facilities management, and safety along with his Purdue Construction Management degree aids in the development of procedures and new ideas into Electric Plus. David is head of the Estimating and Pre-Construction Department. He is also a board member of the American Society of Professional Estimators (ASPE) Local Chapter 59. In addition, his focus is on helping Electric Plus pursue interests in many different and evolving technologies in the electrical field.

Shane started at Electric Plus from day 1. He has helped grow the company and lead the field employees to a unique understanding that Electric Plus is built by the electricians we hire. Shane works directly with the workforce on new innovations in the field and has project managed many projects as well. Shane is an accomplished Journeyman electrician, “topping out” in 2003. Shane has run many large projects throughout his career. He is now Operations Director. His daily task includes keeping our 250+ vehicle fleet rolling, maintaining all our Indiana offices, licensing and permits, communications, and payroll.
