Prefabrication
Pre-construction improves installation efficiency and helps keep projects on schedule by ensuring the right components arrive at the jobsite accurately built, assembled, tested, and delivered just in time. Our Prefabrication Team collaborates closely with Project Management, BIM, and Engineering to identify opportunities that boost productivity, streamline project timelines, reduce labor costs, minimize waste, and enhance safety. By transforming detailed BIM models into complete electrical work packages for just-in-time construction, we deliver assemblies only when they are needed. This approach increases quality and control, eliminates onsite storage risks like damage or theft, and speeds up installation by reducing how often materials must be handled.
BIM
Information provided through project specifications and drawings is developed into a detailed 3D model using Autodesk Revit. Before modeling begins, our Project Engineering Team reviews all design documents to ensure accuracy, clarity, and constructability. Working within a fully coordinated 3D environment, each trade builds its model to identify and resolve spatial conflicts, verify routing paths, and maintain alignment with the overall project design. This coordinated modeling process not only prevents clashes in the field but also supports prefabrication workflows, enhances schedule reliability, and improves efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.
Project Engineering
Our Project Engineering Team conducts a thorough review of project specifications, drawings, and requirements to identify potential issues early and ensure a clear plan for constructability. Their role is to analyze the project in detail, resolve conflicts before they reach the field, and establish a clear, coordinated plan that supports efficiency, quality, and safety throughout the entire construction process.
Trimble
Once the BIM model has been fully coordinated and approved, our field teams use the latest Trimble RTS (Robotic Total Station) units to accurately lay out system components on site. This technology allows us to translate the 3D model directly into precise field points, ensuring every element is installed exactly where it belongs. By combining advanced robotic layout tools with our coordinated models, we increase installation accuracy, reduce rework, and support faster, more efficient project delivery.
