Electric Plus partnered with Incog Biopharmaceutical to deliver a comprehensive low-voltage and security infrastructure package supporting the company’s rapidly growing operations. This 126,720-square-foot expansion required a fully integrated approach to connectivity, security, and controlled access across the new facility.

Structured Cabling & Fiber Backbone

To support Incog’s high-performance manufacturing and research workflows, our team installed a facility-wide structured cabling system designed for speed, reliability, and future scalability.
Key components included:

• Installation of a new fiber-optic backbone, enabling high-bandwidth communication across the entire expansion
• Deployment of 200+ data drops to support workstations, laboratory equipment, and operational technology
• Cabling infrastructure designed for flexibility as Incog continues to scale production and research capabilities

Wireless Connectivity

To ensure seamless coverage throughout production, office, and lab spaces, Electric Plus installed:

• 40 Wireless Access Points (WAPs)
  These access points provide strong, consistent WiFi coverage essential for mobile devices, connected equipment, and real-time workflow applications.

Security System Enhancements

Given the sensitive nature of pharmaceutical operations, enhanced security and controlled access were core priorities.
Electric Plus delivered:

• 25 new security cameras, improving visibility and monitoring across critical zones
• 42 access control locations, creating a secure environment that maintains compliance and safeguards proprietary processes

This integrated system ensures that only authorized personnel access critical areas while providing full facility awareness for safety and security teams.
