Electric Plus is delivering the full electrical and power infrastructure for IU Health’s new flagship hospital campus – an expansive, multi-year, new construction project that spans clinical spaces, diagnostic areas, patient rooms, and high-demand surgical environments. Our scope includes medium-voltage service and distribution, emergency power systems, normal power distribution, and complete lighting and lightingcontrol installations throughout the facility.

The project also encompasses highly specialized areas such as operating rooms, where our team is constructing the full electrical systems to support surgical lighting, critical equipment, and lifesafety power redundancy. In addition, our technicians are building out all MDF and IDF rooms, providing the backbone electrical and telecom infrastructure required for modern hospital IT, communications, and clinical systems.

With a focus on reliability, safety, and long-term maintainability, Electric Plus is supporting one of the largest and most complex healthcare construction projects in Indiana’s history.
